Investor's Business Daily - ECRI's future inflation gauge hit a 6-year low in July, falling to 112.4 from June's 114.9. The data show that the inflation outlook is cooling, consistent with a shallow recession, ECRI says. The group says this will allow the Fed to hold rates and let the economy heal. Construction spending falls 0.4%
