OGUNQUIT and#8212; The Ogunquit arts scene, always lively, is about to get a lot livelier. Capriccio, the annual town-wide, two-week celebration of the arts, begins Sept. 1. One of this year’s highlights is a combination of ragtime jazz and classical music.
