(AP) This Santa Claus was found to be more nice than naughty. A judge on Thursday dismissed a misdemeanor charge against a Livonia music store owner who was cited for having a worker in a Santa suit stand on a sidewalk wearing an advertising sign. District Judge Robert Brzezinski said the law was unclear.
